I wanted to give you a critique of our recent trip to France that
contained multiple pieces from you. First of all, let me say that everything went
perfectly and was a delight. Here are a few specifics:
Day tour of Giverny and Versailles: Isabelle was a delight. She was extremely accommodating and her knowledge was impressive.
All of us almost cried as she described the fate of the children of Marie Antoinette while we stood
in front of the painting of Marie A and her children. Isabelle represented you very well.

We absolutely loved John, who was much more than a driver and guide. We were astounded at his knowledge of all the areas we visited, but especially of the D-Day beaches and sites.….Not only was he knowledgeable, he was courteous (heaven knows what he thought when he first picked up this group of cackling, crazy Americans), efficient (often picking up lunch for us while we shopped or toured), and considerate (bringing umbrellas and making reservations at crowded restaurants). It would not have been the same trip without him. We feel so lucky to have had him as our guide."
